From Raw Steel to a Complete Padel Court

PP Courts manages the key manufacturing and quality-control stages required to turn raw materials and components into export-ready padel court systems.

1. Raw Steel Inspection

Structural performance starts with the steel. Before fabrication, incoming steel is checked against the specifications required by the production drawing, including: Steel grade Section dimensions Wall thickness Surface condition Material documentation Depending on the court model and engineering requirements, PP Courts uses structural steel such as Q235B and Q355B.

2. CNC Cutting & Steel Processing

Steel components are processed according to approved production drawings to maintain consistent dimensions and connection points across the complete court structure. 3. Structural Welding

4. Hot-Dip Galvanizing & Corrosion Protection

Outdoor padel courts are continuously exposed to humidity, rain, temperature changes and, in coastal locations, potentially corrosive salt-laden air. For outdoor structures, corrosion protection therefore forms an important part of the manufacturing specification. Hot-dip galvanizing can be used to provide a protective zinc coating before the final surface-finishing process.

5. Powder Coating & Surface Finishing

After corrosion-protection treatment, structural components can be powder coated according to the specified court finish and RAL color. The coating process provides both: Surface protection + Visual finish and enables customization for clubs, distributors and branded sports facilities.

6. Tempered Glass Inspection

Tempered safety glass is one of the most important components of a padel court because the glass forms part of the playable enclosure. 8. LED Lighting Inspection
